Veterinary College Rewa
The foundation stone of College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Rewa was laid by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh at Kuthuliya Farm, Rewa on 11th Jan. 2007. The academic session for the year 2007-2008 started on 17th Sept., 2007 in Krishi Vigyan Kendra Building in Kuthuliya Farm, Rewa. The sprawling campus with lush green pasture is spread over 167 acres of land. The campus is about 5 Km from the heart of the Rewa city on Rewa-Shahdol road. The proposed campus of this College will be among the best campus and in accordance to the VCI recommendations-state of the art. Keeping in view the minimum standard of Veterinary education for degree course regulation 1993 the process for construction of the new buildings such as college building including administrative section, library, college auditorium, boys’ hostel, girls’ hostel, games and sport complex, residential staff quarters, teaching veterinary clinical complex and instructional livestock farm complex is in progress.
